How to Apply to the UF MBA Program
Congratulations on your decision to pursue an MBA. We look forward to reviewing your application. Below we have outlined all the steps in the application process. We have also listed a few tips to help you get through the process smoothly. However, if you do have any questions, feel free to contact a member of our admissions team.
Tip: UF MBA admissions operate on a rolling basis. The sooner you submit all of your application materials, the sooner you will get an answer.

Application Steps
Online:
- Know the application deadline and start date of your program.
- Review the application instructions and the admission FAQs.

Apply online. See bottom of page for a paper application.
Application requires:
- Detailed Employment History
- Academic History
- Essays

Submit the required supplemental application and $30.00 fee.
Tip: Complete steps three and four as soon as possible. Completing these steps puts you on our radar screen. A completed application lets us know of your interest, and then we start communicating with you. We will send you reminders about the rest of the steps in the process and application deadlines, and we can keep you updated on any program news or changes.
Take the Test:

Take the GMAT.
Tip: As soon as you take the GMAT, fax your unofficial score sheet to the attention of the Admissions Team at (352) 392-8791. We can use your unofficial score sheet in the admissions process until we receive your official score from GMAC. This can help you get an admissions decision sooner.
Submit by Mail:
- Send us your résumé.

Two recommendation forms need to be completed.
Recommendations should come from professional sources, not friends, relatives, or former professors.

Send one official transcript from all domestic colleges and universities you have attended.
Tip: Make sure you mail all of your supplemental materials to the MBA Programs Office. Sending it to any other UF address could result in a delay in reviewing your application or require you to resend materials. The address is:

Additional Steps for International Students:
- Take the TOEFL.
- A Certificate of Financial Responsibility is only required for International students applying to the Traditional Program who will be using a student visa.
Paper Application
The UF MBA Program prefers all applicants use the online application. It streamlines our processes and helps us review your application in a timelier manner. However, we do still accept paper applications.
