Take exit 76-Newberry Road and proceed east for five miles; eventually Newberry Road becomes University Avenue. At the intersection of University Avenue and 13th Street (Route 441), take a right. At the next intersection, SW 2nd Avenue, turn right onto the University of Florida campus.

Upon leaving the airport, turn right onto 39th Ave (Route 222 West). Drive about 3 miles to NW 13th Street (Route 441 South) and turn left. Proceed 3 more miles, passing the University of Florida sign on University Ave (Route 26). At the next intersection, SW 2nd Avenue, turn right onto the University of Florida campus.

Visitors must stop at the parking kiosk located at the entrance to the parking lot on 13th Avenue.
